MIKE READ

With a career grounded in marketing, media and innovation, Mike Read transitioned into executive professional coaching in 2005, when the industry was still emerging. Since then, he has not only grown with it, but helped shape it. He has contributed to the development of what works and what does not, when it comes to culture, leadership, team dynamics, high performance and change.

As founder and director at PCFT, Mike is well positioned to partner with a diverse range of clients in the cultural engineering space. He brings strategic insight, creative acumen and deep coaching experience to every engagement, alongside a strong ability to build early trust with key stakeholders. Workshop facilitation is a core craft, supported by a consultative, outcomes driven approach.

  • Mike is a GAICD, IECL Coach, Squadify Pro Coach, and an accredited HBDI and Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT) practitioner. His experience spans both multinational organisations and SMEs, enabling him to deliver authentic, purpose led work that drives long term impact and real return on investment.

    Throughout the years, Mike has worked with world class organisations such as GlaxoSmithKline, News Ltd, GREY Worldwide, Mars, Kellogg’s, Bacardi, Nestlé, Sanofi, Schneider Electric, Salesforce and Unilever. Closer to home, he has partnered with national entities including ANZ, PetSure, NSW Government, Dentsu, Mediabrands, Virgin Australia, FK Architecture and Publicis Groupe. SME’s he has partnered with include Hermitage Building Group, FivebyFive and Cook Wish Ellison.
